There would only be three in a Bachman Books compilation published after Mr. King decided to withdraw Rage from publication (but I've never seen a book like that. Not sure it's ever been published with only 3 originals.)
I'm told the collection was re-issued sans Rage but like you, I've never seen that. I have seen the other three books issued separately, and apparently they're all still in print, as I saw them freshly on shelves as recently as this past Christmas.

I just finished The Running Man in my older, battered used copy of The Bachman Books. I think Roadwork and The Running Man are my two favorite Bachman books, but I enjoyed them both on different levels.
