Do you dance at parties?

...I dance like the redneck I am...which means I have moves that are a cross between a seizure and a massive cerebral infarct...although I feel like Michael Jackson(with his original nose)after a few cups of cheer...Tracy won't dance with me, coz she is uncomfortable due to our size difference...it hurts her neck...

Aw - see, I think it would be great to dance with someone waaay taller than me because then I could pull out all my snazzy moves and yet I'd be hidden so no one but the taller person could see. I'm not big on slow dancing - that's time to let your heart rate settle whilst you partake of a little more cheer.

I dance sometimes... but then I get incredibly self-conscious and lose my sense of rhythm and wind up doing this shuffling thing that then turns into me basically standing there and bending slightly at the knees and then I gradually work my way off the dance floor.

This post cracked me up! And I do know the feeling

But if there is music, I will dance. Not for anyone else to judge, but just because I can't keep my legs and arms still if the rhythm is good.

Love to dance, however, never go to parties where everyone is dancing. Have to go the club for that. Last time I was at club was four years ago, after my son was born! Have to schedule a night of dancing with the girls. Hubby just does a side to side dance, which he prefers not to do at all.

I like to dance, too. But mostly I don't go to night clubs, not exactly my way of living. But if I have a chance, I like to dance with my friends. And it is the same here - often only girls dance, and guys prefer to sit somewhere
