I hooked up with one of the Manson girls for a couple of days in the early 70's. Some might consider that weird. You'd think the 'X' carved in her forehead would have sent me running in terror... but you know... the foolishness of youth, and all that... :p

It's gotta be Squeaky Fromme. The Squeak! I don't blame you. I like crazy women! And really, even the best of them are only sane one week out of the month. Am I right? Crazy? More like crazy hot.

No, not her. It was so long ago and only for a couple of days. Cathy was her name, if I recall correctly. She was traveling with a motorcycle gang at the time. Even though it was several years after the trial she still believed in Charlie and spouted his greatness.

The new receptionist at work has seen my brother in the salon three times when she's closing up at night. He was killed in a car accident in 1998. She didn't know I had a brother, or anything of the details. She was talking about having seen an apparition in the salon several times, and she was a little freaked out. one of my co workers asked her to describe what she was seeing. The description matched my brother very closely. I said nothing, but showed her a photo of him, and her eyes got all teary and she said that's him. I have a really cool lamp on my station that belonged to him, and from time to time one of the bulbs loosens itself and turns off.
I'm still perplexed why he would appear to someone he never knew.

Maybe he realized she was open to it and was a way to validate he is there with you.

That makes sense. She told me that she's been able to "see" people since she was about four. She still sees her great grandfather when she visits her family. She hasn't seen him since I showed her the photo......but the lamp has been really active. Maybe he just wanted to hang out with me for a while, and wanted to make sure I knew it's him.

....I'm sure that's it...I believe in paranormal events-and Tracy has a touch of that "other sense" as well......

A good friend from a message board said to me, "You might want to look out your window to see if she is there right now." And I said, "Okay!" And there she was. Y'know, if she's just gonna show up, bring a little something! A zinfandel, a spiral ham, a refrigerator magnet, something! It's only good manners.
