I read the excerpt from Revival in the trade paperback of Doctor Sleep and am very intrigued. I am now eagerly awaiting the publication.

Use your powers of persuasion to convince him into including "Bad Little Kid" and "Afterlife"
I don't know about Afterlife but have been able to confirm that because it will be a fall release, "Bad Little Kid" will be part of the new collection. There was an exclusive for the French and German publishers for that but it will expire in June 2015.
Interesting how all that works. I'm sure there is enough I don't know about the publishing business to fill it's own book lol

...sheesh, some people!.......no, have not read it yet...and those "teasers' are always like an unfulfilling appetizer to me...just enough to whet my appetite, but no meal to follow until Fall in this case...
Sigh, I read the "Revival" sneak peak at the back of Doctor Sleep; I have been fish-hooked into the story and am annoyed I have to wait to read the rest.
Will Blockade Billy be included? I think this story was only published in one or two languages besides English. Including it in the collection would finally make it available to all the international fans.
As for including an older story, how about Cycle of the Werewolf? This short story was published as a standalone book, but was never collected.
Maybe Ms.Mod could persuade Stephen King and the publishers to move the Revival release date forward, maybe make the release date July 1st.

This is why I won't read the 'teasers' in the books anymore. Makes me run around with my tongue lolling out of my mouth, whimpering.
