I pictured the gun handles being bigger. Idris has big hands to so maybe hes making them look small. I dunno. Is the color right?
....man don't mention the "C" word, or it will all kick off again.

It's a Samsung Edge, they come in loads of different colours.I pictured the gun handles being bigger. Idris has big hands to so maybe hes making them look small. I dunno. Is the color right?

Yup, took the words right out of my mouth! I think this is about the time when I check out and pretend none of this is happening or will actually exist. No sir! I don't like it! (I will watch it whenever it trickles down for free).
It was pretty bad until Vodafone bought The Tower.View attachment 15684
Yeah , but the one in Tull ain't up to much. There's more atmosphere on the moon.Well, at least we get four bars now.....
I LOVE this show (Absolutely Fabulous)!!!This is what happens when you mix casting with alcohol . This is Idris in Absolutely Fabulous with Joanna Lumley. Just making fun before anyone attacks me like I've forgotten the face of my father. Hope filming is going well. Are the guns a bit small or do they look right?
What finery? Jeans, a shirt, a vest, and well worn boots--pretty standard. These are set pics, and we have absolutely no idea what is going on in the actual scenes being filmed (these are between scene shots). If they're filming Calla scenes, the Tet did clean up there. They could flash back to the Inner Barony, for all we know (Mr. King had Roland think about those times, before the world moved on, often enough).
Y'all are reaching now for reasons to gritch. *smdh*
Hear! Hear!I am ever hopeful that the masses will want to read the series completely after seeing the movie. I tell everyone to start there. Must.
Google him - I think he might have been involved in a music video or two (not sure if he is a good dancer!)I've still got to watch 11/22/63. I got hulu just for that and never got around to it.
I agree - The Dark Tower will be hard to pull off as written on the screen. There's just too much to it. But I am suddenly aching to see him, umm, it... the movie I mean. For some reason I totally cannot see this hunk of a man dancing the Commala but again, I'm up for the journey.
30 years ago perhaps or 40 maybeYul Brynner would have made a fantastic Roland........
All I know about that is some tired old rhyme:I don't like the costume at all. It screams dandy or roughneck gambler to me, not gunslinger. It also looks too nice. Roland's world is supposed to have moved on. That finery doesn't fly with me at all.

I'm not griping! I for one will go see this movie on the big screen - yup - that's me - the eternal optimist! What finery? Jeans, a shirt, a vest, and well worn boots--pretty standard.
