Prayers for pegasus216 .

Could use some prayers for my extended family. My cousin and his wife lost their baby Lydia on Saturday. My cousin's wife, Kate, had to go in for an emergency C-section. She was around 26 weeks along and baby was about two pounds. Found out today that Kate almost died too. She went into septic shock and if they hadn't taken the baby when they did, she wouldn't have made it either. She is doing a bit better physically, but is in denial about the baby. I can't even imagine going through all of that and not having your baby. The funeral is on Saturday. My heart is breaking for them. They are wonderful, kind and giving people who have worked tirelessly to help others through organizations such as Doctors Without Borders.

My uncle is planning on driving from Missouri to Florida for the funeral. His wife was just hospitalized. They don't know if it was a heart attack or a stroke.

I've mentioned my niece before and her kidney problems. She is in the ER right now with another kidney infection. She got married not too long ago and is pregnant with twins. This is very scary for her as well as for her unborn children.
