....toss mine into the pot....my lumbar region makes me lumber about...I completely sympathize with most anyone in pain from their back.....only ones I struggle with are the Inmates that constitute my work life...."My back hurts!"....."Ahh shaddap! Your 20 years old. Whadja do, fall when you ran from the cops?"......
