Just north of Duma Key
Day so far-- cat took a flying leap landing on me. Jumping up in surprise, charlie horse in calf muscle (better now). Cat napping- of course.
Car needs a new radiator and valve gasket- hope Santa has those in his bag.
Off to grocery shop- no I won't play the lottery.
Just found out from Brian's Daily X there is no "now". What have I been living??
The rest of the day is all positives :yes_pig:

(((Spidey))) I feel your car repair pain. The snow plow we have is having mechanical issues that my partner thought he fixed yesterday after several days of trying to get a rusted bolt to loosen. Finally had to just break it off to get the part out to replace it. Started right up and promptly died--he thinks the timing chain slipped off. Just in time for the winter storm coming in over the weekend with possibly 8-14" of snow. Ugh!! We do have a snowblower but also a very long driveway. Hoping to find someone who plows driveways as a back up by tomorrow. :(

I think I'll buy a Mega Millions ticket and hopefully have some good luck with it.....LOL

Or you might get struck by lightning - the chance of that happening is apparently just as good as winning the lottery!
Good luck anyway - maybe I'll buy a ticket too! (I'll write SKMB on the back of the ticket so if it's a winner everyone here gets a devil dog or a moon pie! woo hoo!)

Only if it comes with the shoveler! I have a few of those manually operated ones myself. Twenty years ago I might have been able to shovel a 425' driveway with a foot of snow but my back would never recover now.

I don't shovel anything over 400'.............sorry.

Good Lord...........my back just spasmed thinking about that..........

Or how about just a four wheel drive vehicle to get through that snow? :cold:
The only thing that bothers me about this video is the guy sounds like he is on the phone with someone and then hangs up. That is actually illegal in our city and you can get a ticket for talking on your cell while driving.

You'd think I'd own a 4-wheel drive living in this area but I think I'm still in denial that I'm going to have to deal with snow every winter. The next 4 years until I can go to AZ for the winters can't go by soon enough!

That's one helluva dooryard! I pray he either gets the thing to work or you find some help prior to upcoming storm.
