I think they didn't include that possibility as a factor.
Another thing working in my favor is we only have black bear in NH. Unless the other two are zoo escapees of course......
Woo Hoo! Good news on the plow--was as simple as having 2 wires reversed when he replaced the distributor--not the timing chain at all--so it's purring like a kitten now. Whew! I may just pick up a lottery ticket on the way home even though that news was probably more rewarding than I'll get from the Lottery Commission.

I just found out my truck needs a wheel bearing. It's about $400 for the part alone. If it does fall off, then I'll still have 5 wheels left...

That was a sympathy/empathy "Like" rather than the normal kind.
Hey, I can't expect much more... it's got almost 170,000 miles.
The other truck, which is a couple years newer, needed a transmission at around 130,000 miles. This was a while ago though.
