Got an ultimatum from the wife: get the outside Christmas decorations up this weekend… OR ELSE! ‘Or else’ is never good. I work Saturday morning/afternoon and will get home with only 2 hours of daylight left. But she has invited friends over to visit so I won’t be able to put anything up. Sunday she wants me to help her finish decorating her karaoke room with all the orchestra lights she made me run out last night and get… in order to complete her ‘vision.’ I figure I’ll have a 3 hour window of daylight available to me Sunday to put up the outside decorations, and the temps aren’t supposed to go over 33 degrees. ‘Good enough’ shall be my mantra. Bah Humbug! :(

Sure thing if you help me put up the outside decorations. But we won't have to worry about that danged lighted snowman (the one I have to fix about a half dozen times each season and the bane of my existence) because it will somehow manage to blow into the road just in front of an approaching dump truck. :)

Just tie that lighted snowman to your mailbox---- should solve the problem once and for all.
