Cheer up (I know, that sounds easy, right? [but of course it's not]) I hope you can help your coworker to get some help - I'm sure there are resources out there for them

Maybe steer him in the right direction? I cannot remember if you're anywhere near Calgary, but here is another link:

Well, actually I'm not sure if the link is a good one, but it's under AnxietyCentre dot com

Good luck! :grinning:

Thanks, I am o.k. With the situation with my co-worker. I think he will be o.k. I will just be normal around him and watch to see if he gets worse and if he does then I will go to a manager

I did manage to get a smile out of him on wensday. I work a thrift store and we got some sexy under where that was new and I showed it to him, and he smiled. I may get him some tube socks and tell him I need him to model them for me in summer. It’s an inside joke

I will be unable to attend the big annual book sale and stay with my BFF and do other fun stuff there because I have kidney stones and the doctors had to decide what to do about them. My first attack was on November 22, and my sister (the doctor) said then it was a kidney stone, but the stupid doctor on duty wouldn't listen so I felt "not right" all fall and winter and suffered another attack today.

Was sick all day Wednesday, went to the clinic and the hospital and a CT scan found 6 kidney stones, one of which is huge. It can't account for all my symptoms, though, and I've had numerous tests run which have turned up nothing.

Not sure if this will help but it might be worth a try:

I noticed one of the symptoms is the sudden urge to urinate which I had for quite a while in January. Now I'm thinking I should give this a go too! (just in case)

Understand the feeling. Stephen Hawking foster much of your science belief about the universe. You became "close" to him through his talks, books, appearances. He was family to you.
The passing of Wayne Dyer gave me the same feeling, I'd lost a family member, mentor. Be thankful for the world he opened up to you.
