Uh okay, seeing how they riff on meme culture I put them here, they aren’t really serious although I do hate it when you walk into the bathroom and there’s like 4 kids sitting around the sink fueling their crippling nicotine addictions and they fill the bathroom with the sickly sweet scent of bubblegum flavored nicotine

But why? Most things I’ve posted here are content created by me and the posts above fit within the context of the thread.
Maybe they need to be moved to your own creative thread. Why should your creativity be any different than anyone else's? Marsha places her quilts in self promotion. Writers link to blogs in self promotion. Artists show their art in self promotion.
Maybe the moderator on duty didn't realize the other things you posted were your own creations. Which, they should be moved also.
But it’s a meme thread? Who cares who’s memes they are? I don’t want my memes to stand out from anything else. They aren’t real products, they’re just ****posts I make in my spare time to share. I don’t know why making memes is enough to constitute its own thread.
It is creativity. You created it. Why are you so special that you can thumb your nose at the rules of the board while everyone else has to follow them? They are in self promotion where everyone else has to place their personal creations.
What rule am I breaking? They are memes so I put them on the meme thread where people will see them. If I did a creative effort that was promotional of something worth promoting I’d create it.

….let me speak just briefly to the sh*tstorm that has blown up over the whole "meme" thing....no, I did not create this Thread to be solely for memes, even though it leans heavily that way and they are on the Web-but few have been self-created....this spot was simply a place to put things to make folks smile and laugh, in whatever format....so no need to get yer BVD's in a knot....just follow the damn rules!.....
….now, back to the usual run of the mill ridiculousness.....
