Oh please, do you really think the candy watches don't exist anymore? I loved those when I was younger, but noooo it's a generational thing apparently. That's like someone from when cars first became mainstream saying nobody owns a horse anymore.

While I'm sure osnafrank had no rude intentions when posting the original image, most people who post stuff like this generally are seriously complaining about something "wrong" with Generation-Z (ex. Only 90's kids will remember *insert something minor that literally everybody remembers*). It's stupid because people from every generation criticize the new one for being different from when they were younger, whether it be technology, pop culture, or music. It's okay to be nostalgic about how things used to be or not enjoy modern pop culture. It is not however to use your opinions on such as a basis for criticizing an entire generation.

I said in the argument that literally everyone is gonna criticize the next gen. for being different. It's more of a matter of "This generation doesn't know what this is!" when it's common knowledge what a thing is, I.e. a candy watch, or "this generation is full of idiots!" when in reality, every generation has quite a handful of idiots.....see how you feel in 30 years.....
