Since it's unlikely I'll be around to post tomorrow, I'll wish everyone (well, the US lot ;)) a happy Thanksgiving now. Hope you all have a great few days (especially you, Scott; I know it's going to be rough, but...well, enjoy it where and as much as you can. I wish you and yours all the best).
Take good care , see you when you are back here!!

Soooooo much more to do to get ready. Really behind this year. Also, my brother wants to make his bacon wrapped scallops on my grill Thanksgiving day. But the weather is only forecast for a high of 22 F and low of 11 F. He’s even more pig-headed than me, and will grill them outside no matter what – frostbite be damned. So last night I picked up a nice big electric griddle for half-off, and I’m am going to hide my charcoal in the attic space above the garage. Now I just need to figure out where I put the roaster so I can cook the turkey. I’ve got like a week till Thanksgiving to get my act together… right? :facepalm_smiley:

Sending this your way. Maybe you can go back in time and find that roaster, or better yet, go into the future and be done with "turkey day". Have a calm and enjoyable Thanksgiving!!

LOL. Thanks. I have a roaster but don't know where it is and haven't used in in about 10 years. I was going to borrow a family member's but the cord is damaged. Going into the future and skipping turkey day sounds GREAT! Wish I could do it for every holiday gathering at my place. :)

Oh yeh... My wife bought me this t-shirt the other year. The roaster might be in some black hole in the garage.
