Just finished a reread of Just After Sunset in preparation for Revival (tomorrow!!!!!!!!). I must say I was very impressed with the entire collection as a whole and with each story. Any favorites?

Stationary Bike was good, but I enjoyed The Gingerbread Girl the most.Just finished a reread of Just After Sunset in preparation for Revival (tomorrow!!!!!!!!). I must say I was very impressed with the entire collection as a whole and with each story. Any favorites?
A Very Tight Place was special for gross out alright....I think "A Very Tight Place" is my favorite, and for pure gross out greatness..."The Cat From Hell"...
Oh yeah I forgot bout that. I had to do things in even numbers for ages.I love this collection and would have to go with N. as my favorite.
Hello. No, I don't think it's just you. I would be surprised if this story wasn't partly influenced by Lovecraft's stories.I loved N. Am I the only one who saw some Lovecraftian / Call of Cthulu shadowings in the story?? The way it depicted OCD was fascinating, and I inferred these seemingly normal people suddenly developing OCD with the way people were driven insane by Cthulu in many of Lovecrafts short stories. The story N alone is the reason I joined this group!Maybe its just me, but its good to find others who love Kings work as much as I do!
