I just re-read Insomnia, Dreamcatcher and On Writing. Enjoyed all three, especially Dreamcatcher. Our library is shut down with only curb serv ice.
We don't even get curb service - if this keeps up I will be glad to have such an extensive choice of SK books to choose from!

Already had my morning cup so just water for me. :)
How are you doing with the WW? I hope you're hanging in there - I started using myfitnesspal.com because my hairdresser and I have a sort of "thing" going on (not really a rivalry, more of a both wanting to lose weight kind of thing).

I plan to go see her in about 8 weeks time for a haircut {she works out of her home} and we will compare notes then

Have lost just under 14 pounds since January and 22 pounds since last May when I came home from AZ. Took a break from July to January so that slowed things down. Should be back at lifetime goal this week but want to lose at least 5 pounds more as I picked the top of their weight range just so I'd get to lifetime sooner. Having a buddy to do it with makes a big difference. I've been going with my cousin since I've been in AZ and it's really helped to stay on track for both of us. Good luck to you and your hairdresser! Hope you both achieve your goals. :)

Wow - you're doing really good!

I just checked in (I am using the free service but I guess I could go for the premium) and it says I am on a 19 day streak (what a coincidence, since I'm on SK's board) The scale this morning said I was down five pounds so that is encouraging

About the powdered creamer (Coffee Mate) - I just used two teaspoons in my coffee and it is 15 calories a teaspoon. Not too bad so if we run out of creamer it will do as a substitute.

I fell for temptation today and slunk in a pizzeria and ordered a Salami with extra cheese to take home. It was heaven!!!!!! I'm telling myself that its only good of me to support buy things from the restaurants so they might scrape be even if the clientele is very much less now.. It is a great excuse to eat pizza!!

Congrats on the 5 pounds--that's a great start and motivator to keep up with the plan, whatever one works best for you!

Thanks Marsha - I also got Josh and Andy to carry my old stationary bicycle (recumbent type) up from the basement. I use that while watching TV in the evenings.

Maybe when this whole pandemic is over and we come out of our houses, blinking from the bright light, I will look a bit more svelte (fingers crossed)
