Good morning Tet!
We had a very busy few days. We had a really great time at the lake Thursday. It was just what the Dr ordered. Friday I was out shopping for a birthday gift for Miss Sage, Father's Day for Scott, and groceries. Saturday, I cleaned and we went to Sage's birthday party. Yesterday I finished cleaning and made 2 pans of enchiladas, one chicken and one beef, and the fixin's for Scott and Brandon for Father's Day dinner. Had a houseful for dinner last night.
Today Scott is off and it is cool and rainy so I think I will do a little reading. Time to slow down a little bit!

I've never made enchiladas - is it hard to do? I just looked up a recipe for the ones using ground beef (Betty Crocker) where you use enchilada sauce, soft flour tortillas etc and lots of cheese - sounds delicious! Glad you guys had fun!Good morning Tet!

Not hard to do at all! Time consuming, a little, but oh so worth it!
I dip my soft shells in the sauce, then add the meat and cheese, roll them up. Add cheese to the top before baking. I just make instant rice and then use the rest of the enchilada sauce to make the Spanish rice.
Hi everyone, hope we all had a good weekend. I did, I was upset on Friday as I was frustrated with my job search and I found out why that silly chick from west 49 let me go, so my job search person was able to find out she talked to that Alicia women and she said she let me go because she was afraid I was going to steal!!?? Like could she not come up, with anything more original. She is just upset I got her friend who was a junior manager in trouble for being disrespectful, like what in the world. I am going down to the store in person to ask about my pay check. I am going to ask about my pay check. So we will see what comes from it

Maybe you should get your facilitator to call them about the pay check rather than going down in person and causing a scene. Be careful - you wouldn't want to cause any sort of confrontation.

She was going to, ask but she thinks it will be better if I do, I will not make a scene. I am honestly not to upset about anymore. My plan is to try and get either mike or jarrod the two co-managers. IF they mess me around I can always go to the employment standards.
Good morning, Tet (still morning here, anyway)! I had a busy weekend driving my son's dog out to Eastern Washington to spend Summer break with him. On the way back, Mr. Blue and I stopped in a town called Granger that has dinosaurs everywhere. It was so cool! The town has absolutely nothing else going on or I might have been at risk of Mr. Blue wanting to retire there rather than Maine. Dodged that bullet. Wherever we wind up, he'll want to put dinos on the property though. He has plans to do topiary dinosaurs in our yard at our current house, in fact. We'll see if that ever actually happens. Here's Mr. Blue on top of the world. Or a dinosaur anyway.
