Good morning!

It is my husband's birthday today. :love_heart: He has to work but we are having all the family over for dinner and cake tonight.

Going to the mountains again on Sunday, for a few days. Probably the last time this summer. Kids start back to school on August 19, so by the time Scott's next 7 off roll around, they will be back in school! And just like that, summer is over. :(

Hope your day treats you kind. Have a great weekend and a good week next week too. Big hugs and positive vibes to all! :love_heart:
Happy Birthday to Mr. CAT :cheerful:
Hope Y'all have a fabulous time in the mountains this week. I'm heading off to the coast tomorrow, but only for a lone weekend.

OOOHHH!.......I almost forgot.
Munchkin did get her driver's license last week!!! Passed the test without a hitch. Her dad helped her out with the down payment on a car, and she's been driving everywhere. Finally, she's excited and happy to be driving.
Her dad put her car in is company's name because his wife thought it would be a good tax deduction and she's one greedy bit......um, person. Since it's in the company name, they had to add Munchkin to the company insurance policy, and they will be spending a whole lot more on insurance than they would have if they had just put the car in her name. Munchkin is okay with the set up, and she will be making the payments herself. Since the car is in the company name, I opted not to offer to help with the insurance payment. I figured if her dad is benefiting from it, he should pay for it all.
Best news is, Munchkin is driving and loving it!!!

Congratulations to the Munchkin! And to you for not having to deal with the insurance. ;)

Missed being here yesterday. It was our 14th wedding anniversary so we went out to eat

Not much new here - gardening is going well.

This weekend they're having a Monarch butterfly festival at the Living Prairie Museum so I will try to get there for noon on Sunday as they will be giving away Swamp Milkweed plants.

I just notice I have two of them by the fence - wow I planted those last fall but did not think they would make it - it was great to see them again
o_O

Happy Hump Day to all

I am doing ok. Ihave now developed restless leg syndrome. Keeps me awake half the night.
My cat's name is Bethany. We just call her Bethy.

I have RLS (restless leg syndrome) too. My doc prescribed Ropinirole HCL 0.5 Mg. I take one tablet at bedtime and it works most of the time. Some times I have to take an extra tablet. When the symptoms are happening, I can't think of anything else and it can drive you nots. The worst condition I've ever seen that does not involve pain.
