I've never been as fond of Christie's characters as

Visually it looks good. But did they do anything new with the story?

I would say yes. The Agatha Christie story is there, but they definitely did it their way in terms of presenting the information.

I know I'm not expressing myself very well here. I would be very interested in your take on it after you saw it so please come back and address this again after you have most definitely.

Mission Impossible: Fallout.

You know what I like about Tom Cruise? Yeah, he's got his eccentricities, and the media pokes fun at him mercilessly. But he pretty much lets his work do the talking for him. And when he delivers? Boy, does he deliver. This one is definitely the best in the series, and if you're tired of the overblown CGI-fests, then this is the action film for you. The story is really well-done with some clever fake-outs, and everyone here brings their A-game. And those stunts? Man, I don't think anything scares Cruise. Watch this one in cinemas. It's worth your money.

I have loved Tom since Taps. He was this chubby, minor character who I loved and at the time, I told my kids, this guy is going to be famous. Still love him in movies, but his personal life is all full of Weird.

Yeah you're right, his personal life is "full of weird." But I love his classic movie-star attitude towards film and especially his audience: he knows his job is to entertain people and he gives it his all, regardless of the role. I've seldom walked out of one of his films thinking "Man, that jerk took my money."

Some people can't separate the two. The private person and the movie person. As we are seeing in all of this #Metoo stuff. (no discussion on Metoo, a hot topic and I will have to delete.) .

I can loathe a person, but still love their movies.

Same with me. I love any number of artists for their work. Their personal views on politics, etc. is not my concern.

The Bling Ring. If you ignore the fact that it's about a bunch of burglars, it's actually a fun flick. It just looks like a bunch of teenagers having a lot of house parties in other people's homes. I can't hate a movie with Emma Watson in it, especially if it's directed by Sofia Coppola.
