Silent Hill: Revelation. Re-watched it, this time I showed it to my boyfriend who is also a big fan of Silent Hill. It's a pity they made the movie so bad... Such a disappointment.

The Impossible. Great movie, amazing performance of all the actors!

The Taking of Deborah Logan. Creepy, creepy creepy! Well done little horror movie :) A couple of nights ago I also watched the last episode of Masters of Horror for season 1: Imprint. I saw on IMDb that it was never shown on TV, and I can tell why. This is one sick little puppy. If you can imagine something terrible happening, it happens in this 1 hr movie. In one section I had to actually turn the sound all the way down and not look at the screen. Very, very gross--wish I'd just turned it off at that point, because it got emotionally worse.

I still say Naomi Watts should have got the Oscar for her portrayal in The Impossible. Yes, I know she was in a coma during a small part of the movie, but when she wasn't she showed a great range in her acting abilities.

Watched “Odd Thomas” over the weekend, a movie based on a Dean Koontz novel. Movies usually don’t bring out emotions in me, but this one really did. I had to watch the last 20 minutes a second time to see that it all fit. I plan on watching it again this week.

I had no idea that they made a movie from this. Thank you.

Yeah, I was so upset when she did not get the Oscar, she absolutely deserves this, she is a very talented actress.

I watched it on Netflix and am going to watch it again this weekend. I think I read it went straight to DVD. Casting was near perfect. Well done, kept to glued to your seat, and that ending... Wow! I predict it will become one of those cult favorites, and a movie I will watch every time I see it on TV.

Cold In July.

This is most definitely worth watching. Never was a fan of Don Johnson but he is brilliant in this. The first 20 minutes or so lulled me into a sense of "I know this plot" Cold in July has more gears than most movies and they are all up shifts. This movie required my brain`s full attention. 10/10
It's based on a novel by Joe Lansdale whom I whole-heartedly recommend his books!!

I would read the book before seeing the movie.
Okie dokie then - I'll take your advice as I trust your judgment - now go suppress surpass another 100000 viewers! (I thought that was cute in your video when Jillian said that - she is a pretty good reader for her age!).

Seven Watched when it first came out. Morgan Freeman and Kevin Spacey were excellent IMO.

skimom2 going to try and watch The Taking Of Debra Logan. It's not a wrist cutter movie, is it? (Wrist cutter movies- movies that are so sad they make me want to cut my wrists. I.E. The Boy in the Striped Pajamas, Schindler's List, etc.)

Peace.
No no! CREEPY. Definitely a horror movie.

I saw Seven when it first was released. It is a very good movie. It made me want to take a long shower when it ended tho. I just felt 'dirty'.
