The Taking of Deborah Logan. Creepy, creepy creepy! Well done little horror movie A couple of nights ago I also watched the last episode of Masters of Horror for season 1: Imprint. I saw on IMDb that it was never shown on TV, and I can tell why. This is one sick little puppy. If you can imagine something terrible happening, it happens in this 1 hr movie. In one section I had to actually turn the sound all the way down and not look at the screen. Very, very gross--wish I'd just turned it off at that point, because it got emotionally worse.
MOre info please? The Story Of Luke (2012)
Watched on Netflix (available to stream). This is an excellent movie-I was hesitant to watch it because I thought it would be too depressing. It was actually very uplifting and I hope some of you get a chance to check it out.
It's about a young man with autism who is abandoned by his mother and lives with his grandparents. After his grandma passes away, he is determined to get a job so he can become more independent.MOre info please?
sounds good, but sad. I will take your word for it that it is uplifting. It's about a young man with autism who is abandoned by his mother and lives with his grandparents. After his grandma passes away, he is determined to get a job so he can become more independent.
It really is-I wouldn't've been able to finish it otherwise.sounds good, but sad. I will take your word for it that it is uplifting.
Imprint is pretty vile. I wouldn't watch it again. The best MoH I've seen so far is Cigarette Burns--that is one I'd definitely like to watch again. It is horrifying by the end, but the slow burn of creep is even worse.Hey, skimom2 ! Just finished watching The Taking of Deborah Logan. I wasn't planning on sleeping tonight anyway. That was a really good horror movie. ( I only jumped about a gazillion times. When my cell phone vibrated, the oven timer, Rhodes barking, etc. scared me while watching the movie. Ha!)
I'm going to see where I can find Masters of Horror, Imprint.
Thanks for the heads up!
Peace.
Requiem for a Dream. Harsh, strange, and bordering on brilliant.
I've watched this a couple times. Very disturbing. Amazing performances by Jared Leto and Jennifer Connelly.Requiem for a Dream. Harsh, strange, and bordering on brilliant.
