It was good. It didn't get the publicity that Hunger Games or Divergent got so I'm a little worried they won't finish the trilogy. I read the book 1st so I had a better understanding going in
The Taking of Deborah Logan. Creepy, creepy creepy! Well done little horror movieA couple of nights ago I also watched the last episode of Masters of Horror for season 1: Imprint. I saw on IMDb that it was never shown on TV, and I can tell why. This is one sick little puppy. If you can imagine something terrible happening, it happens in this 1 hr movie. In one section I had to actually turn the sound all the way down and not look at the screen. Very, very gross--wish I'd just turned it off at that point, because it got emotionally worse.

That was a really good horror movie. ( I only jumped about a gazillion times. When my cell phone vibrated, the oven timer, Rhodes barking, etc. scared me while watching the movie. Ha!)I'm going to see where I can find Masters of Horror, Imprint.

Disclosure, starring Michael Douglas and Demi Moore, based on the Michael Cricton novel of the same title. It's a really entertaining movie and the book is great.
Lisa, about a precocious 14 year-old who pretends to be older in order to entice an older man over the phone. The man happens to be a serial killer. The teen unwittingly gets her mom involved. It's better than I'm making it sound.
I went and saw Bill Murray in St. Vincent. Pretty good. I totally love the kid actor and I generally have a hard time with kid actors nowadays.

Watched on Netflix. Very powerful performances by Anthony Hopkins, Ed Harris, Gary Sinise and Nicole Kidman. I wonder how closely it followed the novel. I bet skimom2 has read it.

The Story Of Luke (2012)
Watched on Netflix (available to stream). This is an excellent movie-I was hesitant to watch it because I thought it would be too depressing. It was actually very uplifting and I hope some of you get a chance to check it out.

It's about a young man with autism who is abandoned by his mother and lives with his grandparents. After his grandma passes away, he is determined to get a job so he can become more independent.
sounds good, but sad. I will take your word for it that it is uplifting.
It really is-I wouldn't've been able to finish it otherwise.
Imprint is pretty vile. I wouldn't watch it again. The best MoH I've seen so far is Cigarette Burns--that is one I'd definitely like to watch again. Watched Sin City 2 last night lol good movie
Alot of people wanted Marv for backup lol and i loved the part where he got in a fight with that tall enforcer.

I've watched this a couple times. Very disturbing. Amazing performances by Jared Leto and Jennifer Connelly.
