X-Men: Days of Future Past. It was Grandma's second favorite X-Men, after the first one. She liked it a lot. I thought it was decent and worth going to see, but there were too many things about it that bothered me and dented my Willing Suspension of Disbelief. I'd put some them in a spoiler here, but the movie hasn't been out that long, and I just don't want to put a spoiler out there, even disguised, for those who have yet to see the movie.
So it's in the Enjoyable category for me. Doesn't make the Really Good grade.
I haven't checked on the thread for a bit. I see the references to Les Miz. We thought the movie was pretty good, pretty compelling, but here again, not a stunner. However, Anne Hathaway's doomed soliloquy was indeed stunning. It was the high point of the movie for me. It stayed with me for a while.
