NOS4A2 looked interesting, so I got it, & it turned out to be one of those books I couldn't put down....if I'm really engrossed by a book, I'll devour it in a single sitting, & this was one of them. Then I promptly went & ordered Heart-Shaped Box, Horns, & 20th Century Ghosts. Joe Hill's stuff is great. Can't wait for The Fireman to come out next May!

I am reading this now and can not put it down! 300 pages in now. I have been taking my very 1st Dark Tower journey and I am down to book 7 so I decided to take a little break and re read Insomnia. After that, I still wanted to put off the end to my DT journey some so I figured this book would be a good little mix up. Perfect time of year for it as well. Love it! Can't believe I put it off for so long. I got about 100 pages in and instantly headed over to Water Street Books online and ordered a bunch of his books signed and personalized ( Christmas present from my dad ). So far everything Joe has written that I have read I have been unable to put down. Love his style and the way he keeps you turning the pages. This one is pretty creepy too! I just wish I could afford the new special edition, the huge one that is combined with Wraith. That looks beautiful!!!!

I bought this on kindle when it was first released. I loved it so much that I then bought the hardcover edition. Just last week I received an email from PS Publishing regarding their special limited edition which includes loads of new illustrations AND the graphic novel. I had no choice, I just had to have it.

It's a beautiful slipcase edition signed by Joe Hill. It's a big book, so be warned, it's a heavy one. I'm so glad I bought it.

I liked it but thought it took a jarring turn from when the girl was younger to her adult persona. Bogged down for me somewhere in the middle but it got better again. Good solid read. Manks remided me to the Needful things guy.

This one was a fun read, likeable characters and a great plot, it went by pretty quickly for a close to 700 page paperback
This is the only book of Joe's I have read so far and it was very enjoyable. Since then I bought a hardcover copy of 21st Century Ghosts but haven't had a chance to open that one yet.
