A sense of humor may not be the first thing that comes to mind when thinking of a monastery, but it turns out some monks have a great one.

Photos posted to Facebook of a dog adopted by a Francisan monastery in Cochabamba, Bolivia, have gone viral. The poster, Kasper Mariusz Kapron OFM, wrote that his theology students started dressing the dog in traditional Franciscan garb as a "nice joke." (OFM stands for the Order of Friars Minor, a Roman Catholic order commonly known as the Franciscans.)

St. Francis of Assisi is the patron saint of animals and the founder of the Franciscan order.
I have seen someone walking a fairly large dog lately that has the strangest coloring I've ever seen. The dog's body is black and white and the head is solid brown. I did a double take the first time I saw this dog and since I was driving by at 60 MPH, I didn't think I saw it right but I saw this dog again and confirmed what I saw. I'm not sure what kind of dog it is but it's approximately 60 - 70 pounds.

Could you see it ears up or down/ tail straight or curled? Could be Akita if curl tailyes - the one I've been seeing has big black spots on the white body so the contrast is greater that this picture. It's very unusual.
I thought I was seeing things that weren't there.

you be careful, the snowbirds are down in full force. I'm sticking to back rds. When I've seen the dog, I've been driving (and eating and texting and combing my hair ) so I've not seen it up close.
...you gave up eating tacos behind the wheel?....When I've seen the dog, I've been driving (and eating and texting and combing my hair ) so I've not seen it up close.

They have something for that......I assemble them and eat them while I text and drive. Soup is the hardest thing to eat while driving.
