After 1991 a good chunk of the town is blown up, as well as a good chunk of the population has killed each other

i mean just in general.. like does everybody harm everyone, is it simmular to derry main. are people like odd and untrusting. I have yet to read alot of books of kings set in castle rock or derry. perhaps after castle rock tv show is done i may read needfull things

Morgan, I noticed it in some shops here, yesterday. Seems to get earlier every year. I am tired of it before I even start Christmas shopping.

I have worked in retail for many years, stores only have the mounths of september, october, november and december to make enough sales and to make money for the fiscal year. they start putting out christmas and fall\halloween early to generate sales. that and they have to also make shure they sell enough for new stock in jaunary. stores like craft stores start selling christmas stuff early because the crafters have to start to craft their christmas stuff early in order to have enough stock at christmas bizzares.
in canada its a bit annoying as you have black friday and then in a mounth you have boxing day. so its like two big sales in one mounth of each other

This why people get bitten by sharks.

No swimming at dawn and dusk are pretty standard guidelines. You shouldn’t have to see a fin to know not to swim at dawn in an area that has had dozens of shark sightings this summer.

Additional idiot points for swimming when no lifeguards are on duty.

It's a small town where everybody knows each other. I don't know when Catsle Rock takes place but if you really want good context I suggest you start reading.

At my part time job at the big DIY center, seasonal items falls into my department. Halloween items have been out for several weeks and after Labor Day the Christmas items will start being displayed. People complain about how early things appear on the shelves, but there is a whole group of people who enjoy doing their seasonal shopping early. They know if they wait the shelves will be bare of the good stuff. We are already sold out of probably a third of the Halloween items. And I can’t wait for this Halloween stuff to be gone… The big major display pumps Halloween music non-stop. It’s driving me crazy!
