Science has shone wearing socks to bed helps you fall asleep faster and staves off night sweats or hot flashes. I don’t wear socks to bed as I’d look rather silly wearing socks and nothing else.So have y'all heard of weighted or gravity blankets? Hubby has always had a hard time getting to sleep and staying asleep, so after researching a bunch, I bought him (us) one for Christmas. This thing is amazing! It's about 15 lbs and once I am under it, I just feel so relaxed. Hubby is sleeping through the night and honestly, the hardest part is getting up in the mornings. They are used to treat anxiety as well. I love this thing!!

That makes no sense! I usually wear socks to bed in the winter but often have to take them off in the middle of the night because I am too hot. Not exactly. Similar weight but not a solid pace of heavy. There are tiny glass or poly beads sown into square pockets, so it conforms to your body.
