Hope all y'all are doing good today and everyone is quickly recovering from the weekend.
Hang in there, it'll all be alright eventually :)
Tonight I have to build an impenetrable fortress around one of the garden boxes to protect some veggies from being eaten by alien chipmunks... Most probably in the rain. I said a mousetrap would be much easier. Aghast! When do things get better? :)

I'm sure you'll make short work of it ;)
Get those skills and talents of yours fired up and put on your little yellow Georgie rain slicker.
Maybe the little monsters will get the message that you mean business and run off before you you get down to IT.

due to coons, I have to grow my veggie in chain link dog runs. Maybe this would work with chipmunks?

I got posts and chicken wire last evening. I also have to cover the top as the danged things can really climb. I know it won't work but have to humor the wife and one daughter. It is imperative we grow fresh spinach and zucchini for the large snails to eat in the aquariums. The world has gone mad, I tell you, MAD! :(

chicken wire will not stop chipmunks in need of food. And yes to top cover. Those dog runs do not come with tops, so had to roll chain link on top and since coons like to dig under, had to bury the run in he ground too.

Good luck with project!! Maybe your chipmunks will co operate- Hey plant a few plants outside the fencing-- they ill have there own farmers market!!

Nope. My local grocery stores have them. The stupid things are always getting in my way and blocking the path. Adding googly eyes does nothing for them. Put the likeness of Brooklyn Decker in a bathing suit on them and maybe they would have something. :)

Viewed from the side without this googly eyes, it looks like a nightmare machine from a Terminator movie.

Wish we had them over here, I'd much prefer to deal with one of them than some of the store managers I've encountered.

Robots? Where the heck are you buying your groceries?
Doesn't everyone have them? I may need to borrow one of your pointy sticks next time I go grocery shopping. Exterminate! :)

I hear the home improvement center I work at part time is trying out bionic suits in a few select stores in California. I told our store manager I want one. It sure would make lifting boxes of grills a whole lot easier. It's a brave new world out there. :)
