I think those walks I'd been taking were doing more good for my stress levels than I realized. Haven't taken one since Sunday because of the heat. By the time I'm done here for the day, it's close to 100F and walking just under 3 miles is not a good idea. Might be time for a vacation instead.
You shouldn't as all you were doing was responding, with facts, to Neesy's question. I took no issue there.
