...I wanted to take a crack at posting some of my admittedly amateurish photos...and want to invite all of you to join in...all I ask is they be photos YOU have taken...we already have a "selfies" Thread, so let's avoid those....as you may have heard me type, I love black & white-but color is okey-doke as well...AND, macabre though it may be-I love shooting in cemeteries...the stonework fascinates me...so without further ado, here come da pics...jump on in y'all...

...these are all pics of the same piece of work at our local Northwood Cemetary...the statue is said to turn and look at one as you go by...

...this is a shot from a park in Shelby, Ohio....the pond spillway is literally over the road after a heavy rain-never dangerous..just kinda cool looking....

...from our Founders Cemetery, literally the plot where the founders of our city are buried...plots date back to well before the Revolutionary War....it's sad to see the toll that wind and weather have taken on these memorials...

...none have been Photoshopped my friend...on the first two, I just played around with iPICCY to add a couple of effects, but no photo alteration beyond that...

I got a thing about loving to take pics of the sunrise at Myrtle Beach. When I finally got a digital camera I was in heaven. Good grief thats big. LOL
