Very good. I was recently on vacation and didn't get my 10 thousand a day, but overall, I like that it holds me accountable to get up and move. Stick with it. Those steps take a while to show some results, but it will eventually.

Basically yes--- Dana has begun by a reminder of the Secret Santa Adventure.
Once a volunteer takes over, that person will keep track of those who wish to participate. The list is always checked just before assigned Secret Santas are handed out to make sure anyone who wants to participate has been included. do1you9love? will be our leader this year.

You do a copy paste UNDER A SPOILER and start gifting your person. Price is not a factor. It's all about caring, surprising, finding out what your person like and giving it to them. I purchased two more laser light show things. So that means I now have 5 total. And I aim them all at the ceiling inside my house. It is fantastic!
