LOL, I hear ya. We had the honor of watching a demo a number of years ago put on by a DSS chase team (Diplomatic Security Service). Those are the guys who are riding in the blacked out Chevy Tahoes who escort the Secretary of State, other dignitaries while they are in other countries. You don't usually see them at all, they are literally an emergency 911 group if someone attacks one of our diplomats or cabinet members while they are on the move from point A to point B. All of the members were ex-special forces in some capacity, SFOD-D, Navy SEALS, USMC, etc. I had never, haven't since, and most likely will never witness a more heavily armed group of operators than these guys. I didn't have any idea one man could carry that many 5.56 30 round magazines on him and not collapse from the weight. We were able to watch them deploy from their Tahoes with one of the guys I used to work with got to play the part of the "Package". The scenario was their convoy was cut off from the front and they had to basically pull a U-turn of five large vehicles on a narrow street. Their deployment was a well oiled ballet as far as movement and communication. Needless to say I wanted to get all of their autographs by the end of the demonstration, I was drooling over their rifles and spent most of the rest of the day seeing if I was too old to send in an application....lol...why thank ye sir!!....I take that as quite the compliment...the whole running thing?...not so much...my fat butt would lose the "prize"...
