Does King pre-sign all these books at the event itself or is that done further in advance? I saw a picture of him at the Hudson Valley event standing in front of a mountain of books and signing a copy. It seems like it would take hours to sign all 400 prior to each event.
They sign them at the event itself. You'd be surprised how quickly they can do it once the production line is set up.

One more day until Missoula!!! I did see that they are predicting maybe some light snow flurries here in Spokane so I don't know what it's going to do on the drive over there. We're leaving early in the morning tomorrow so we'll have time to do some sight seeing and book shopping and eating and....you get the point. ;-D I cannot wait to meet Marsha and Tina!!! WOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wait.. Marsha is on the tour?

Well.. I loved my wife a ton, but love her even more so tonight.. I struck out and had a sinking feeling..until she showed me her signed copy :)

More importantly, the event was AWESOME--Owen and his dear old Dad were hilarious, charming... and it was just great!

You can promise me the moon but it's all in the delivery. :smile2:
Absolutely! I’m actually quite a bit different in real life than I am here. Here I live my alter ego. One-on-one I could charm the skin off a snake. In no time they would be trying to convince me of how valuable you were and would do whatever it took to keep you on board (pun intended). :p

Watching the King's trade barbs and tease each other was the price of admission--they are both hilarious, and you can just see the deep love and respect in Owen's eyes. Steve is just as sweet and charming as I imagined him--a really, really nice person. Loved every second of it!
