Here, there and everywhere.
I agree, Bev.
I was expecting a compound fracture, or at least a broken limb. What a let down. :D

I'd wondered what the "special powers" were for the new hidden immunity idol.
I was a little worried that maybe they'd be extreme, e.g., a person could use the idol to choose who goes home, overriding others' votes. But I was pleased to find out its power - I hope this is something used in future seasons.

Did anyone else laugh at Trish at tribal council?
"Well, Jeff, we've spoken to Tony and he's promised he's not going to play anymore games, and we trust him." WHAT? Idiots! (I'm saying that in my Napoleon Dynamite voice.)

Poor L.J.
He's fallen under the "people suddenly become unattractive when they're on the jury" curse. Is it the crushing disappointment that does it, or drunkenness? Maybe it's makeup. *sigh*

I'm just flat out sick of the guy.
I think Trish is just playing the game when she says that, to stay off the radar of "enemies" Tony needs to get rid of. I think when the time comes, she'll be the one that makes the big power move.
If Woo doesn't do something FAST, he's going to be the next to go.

I didn't notice about LJ -- at Ponderosa he was going to try to retain the fitness he'd acquired while on the island.

I watched that, too, Bev - it wasn't so much that he looked unfit, but he looked bitter and broken down and somewhat dead in the eyes. He seemed fine at Ponderosa - his "old self," smiling, energetic. Then he shows up at tribal looking medicated. I don't know... I imagine it's one thing to be voted off, and then another to have to return to the site of the crime and stare down your betrayers.

The part about Tony that also ticked me off was when the two other survivors (and potential jury members) said they would vote for him in a final 3 scenario.
That's not necessarily true, though -- that was a gambit to try to shake things up at the last minute.
Exactly. They said it to illustrate to his alliance-mates that it's stupid to take him to the final two.

Who went home tonight? I know Tony's still there because he's got (at least) two idols.
If the others were smart, they'd vote for him and force him to use them. Then he wouldn't have that protection any more. Otherwise, if they don't, he's gonna ride 'em all the way to a million dollars.

Spenser convinced Tony that the women were going to band together against the men. Tasha won immunity for the third time in a row, so if he voted out Spenser, the women would have a huge advantage in numbers. So Tony, Woo, Tasha and Spenser banded together to vote out Jefra. And Tony still has his two idols, one of which he wore proudly around his neck during tribal.
