well i didn't know this thread existed, but yes. although i still need to catch up on AOS and gotham got a bit over the top for me and i'll try to circle back eventually. there's also Legends of Tomorrow which spun off of Flash/Arrow. i can't say i'm a comic authority, although i might know more than the average bear about em due to various ways and means. the fact that the "Arrowverse" is on CW means way too much romance in what should be mainly an action setting, but they can't help themselves. we also have Black Lighting coming to CW this year, which i think could be interesting. overall, i think the shows do ok, for what they are and where they are. sometimes the things that happen stretch believability (as in, why does the Flash stop to talk and get caught up when he could just zoom in and knock the crap out of someone before they know he's there? but i think that's a problem in the comic too, it's hard to write a good foil for someone so fast, and it's the reason why so many of his main foes are also speedsters, despite the odds of that actually being a thing). favorite is probably the Flash. there's also Supergirl, but i've always found Superman a little ho hum when it comes to heroes and i don't think Supergirl fares any better. i'll try and catch up on it eventually.
coming this fall we also have The Gifted, the x-men based show. could be cool. one of the cool things about all these shows are the number of references they throw in, and the number of characters who show up, even if briefly. easter eggs are fun. oh, and Inhumans coming this year too, although the trailer has me on the fence. it wasn't a great trailer.
i'm basically a sucker for superheroes. so the amount of costumed folks we have running around saving the world/universe suits me. even if the folks on Legends of Tomorrow make a lot of puzzling decisions.
