Good morning,
Going on a day and a half (almost) with no headache, I hope it is gone. My brain is scrambled. Even more than usual.
Surgeon's office had a cancellation for this morning so Scott is seeing her today. Fingers crossed he gets the ok to go back to work, we are hoping the 1st. He has 5 items left on the back to work test plus all the required drug testing to do.
Have Sage here so I won't be going along to the appointment. We will probably head out for some groceries while Scott is gone.

I am working evening shift this upcoming long weekend - so decided to wish everyone a Happy Easter a bit early!
On April 15th (Saturday) my son and I are going to see Brian Wilson in concert - I know he is getting up in years but hopefully the rest of his band will help him out. He will probably just play the piano but it will be great to hear some Beach Boys songs live!

Thought I'd pop in here and say howdy. Been a long time since I've been around and I was so glad to see this board so active still.
I recently began The Dark Tower series. I'd been avoiding it for some reason I can't recall, but when I came across the first 3 books at a library sale, well, it struck me as ka, so I bought them all.
I started The Wolves of Calla 2 days ago and my housework is suffering worse than ever!

I returned from my celebration. I survived. I might be a bit tipsy but it was a grwat evening. I hadd a fetacheesse dish as a starter. Really good with tomatoes and chili. And as the main course i had souvlaki with garlic butter and finished off with a creme brulee. To that we split some bottles of wine. A good greek red wine. Afterwards we somehow wandered on and ended up at a pub where i had some beers and some talk. It was a good evening. I survived but how i'll be in the morning is still written in the stars. but i' think i'll be okay. But now it is bedtime. Almost fell asleep on the subway home. Goodnight!!

yes. Friday is a red day which means no work. Monday is a also a red day, no work. This day thursday is day before red day so it is a halfday. most people go home between noon and 2 pm. The schools take easter vacation. The children get a week off.
