Randy! He spreads it out though - we'll do 3 sets of torture, then move on to 3 sets of something else, and make a circuit of about 8 movements; then back to do 3 more of the first and so on. I was able to keep up for the most part a couple of months ago. You know, when your legs give out, you move on the arms, then abs, then gluts and so on, then back again. It's called Muscle Works and the goal is to exhaust every muscle group in your body - which for me includes my face and eyebrows. I'm sure I looked like I was in hard labor Thursday night.
