I'm not giving up, but the MOMZILLA wants the Auntie to move in with her in TN, and I'm the one that will need to fly up, pack her up and drive her back down here. And who knows when all that'll go down. But I'll ring you and the bombshell up when it does, and we'll have our breakfast party....dammit!...so hoped you could be there...
...and I appreciate that hun, it's just the way it came off to me-and I think the warning needed made regardless...yes, it's pricier than what I want to pay as well-but it's going to be our only trip this year, so I'll pay more...not sure why rates jumped so...but there are many, many places to stay-right around the heart of the area-and within just a few miles...I'll post a list here in a moment...Dude, I'm not trying to find negatives. People have expressed concern about paying a lot for a room. I'm one of 'em. I'm just trying to help find something that everybody can afford. The earlier information comes together, the earlier people can make their plans and save up.
...approx. 10 and we had around 30 last year with spouses, kids and significant others...What's the head count up to?
...sounds like a plan worth waiting for...I'm not giving up, but the MOMZILLA wants the Auntie to move in with her in TN, and I'm the one that will need to fly up, pack her up and drive her back down here. Yeah! - you could make pancakes for everyoneThis trip doesn't really look like it's in the cards for me, but I AM a camper. I love to camp, so I'll just wing it - if I can make it, I'll bring a tent.
I would do it for sure - I'll be at that KOA with my fire pit and prop up griddle- pancakes are the best cooked over an open fire, and bacon, you can just follow your nose straight to where I'll be.Yeah! - you could make pancakes for everyone
...it's a ways away from actual Amish Country, but plenty of shops there with Amish goods...Amish? That might not make for a bad little side attraction. Is there a place where they sell quilts, I wonder? I've always wanted to shop (in person) for an Amish quilt.
There would be no way I'd call you until this cold is gone. I sound like a frog experiment gone horribly wrong right now....feel free honey, feel free...
