To make this very short (believe me, there is so much more to this story), I have been slowing down and changed jobs. I started reading again and picked up Insomnia. Stephen kept mentioning the Hobbit throughout the book. It reminded me of my my first high school crush on the only boy who I knew had read the Hobbit. I was updating my resume on Linkedin and low-and-behold a message popped up on Linkedin "You may know......" Of course it was my first love. I contacted him and less than a year later, we were married. We share the same birthday, just 2 yrs apart, his father was the doctor who delivered me (as a breech) at birth, and his father gave me away as the bride at our wedding. His father's name is now on my birth certificate AND marriage certificate.

This is the HAPPIEST I HAVE EVER BEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE and it all started with Stephen King!

Thanks for asking. I tell this story every day as I truly just can't get over it. I thought others should know that there is always hope and it comes in the least expected way.

I had a pretty crappy week at work but this really put a smile on my face. Thank you for sharing your story, and welcome to the Forum.
