okay, that made me cry.
Okay - me too but in a nice way - sorry! It's sad but it's a nice kind of sad (if that makes sense). I mean sad that there are lonely old ladies but nice for what they did for her - hey how did they get in anyway? Are they the superintendents of that building? :snowman:

I was thinking that too -- did they break in? lol.

Appears either that are the tenders to the apt building, or the elderly lady has given them a pass key. Don't think they would have broken into her apt.
It' s sad to think of elderly being alone during the holidays, but touched my heart to see younger folks doing something out of the kindness of their hearts.

I like Christmas ads that go for the heart while advertising a company or product. In Ireland they all seem to aim to tell you to have a ' perfect' Christmas you have to buy this or that and LOTS of it. The John Lewis ads seem to be best at the heartstring pulling. So thanks for the nice or funny ones.
I went to John Lewis when I was over there. That was our big trip to the mainland sort of shopping in Glasgow. I actually preferred the 2011 ad by John Lewis so I guess I'll post it here:
People in North America probably don't get as sick of them as those in the UK as we are not bombarded quite as much (well at least not with John Lewis ads!) Adverts or commercials actually drive me insane. I have to mute them, especially when they show one on TV and then 30 seconds later it's back on again!
