Re-reading IT for the third time. It's really thick in a paperback version, hard to hang on to! I need all my thick books on Kindle now

I will give this author another try. I began Salvage the Bones when it came out but it seemed like she was trying to hard, trying to be another Faulkner, I don't know. I'm adding this one to my radar, thanks.Sing, Unbuired, Sing - Jesmyn Ward
A powerful novel about the challenges of a black family in Mississippi. I don't even know where to start to try to describe this book. Read it, it's great.

The Terror by Dan Simmons & The Great and Secret Show by Clive Barker
I wonder if Barker will ever finish the second though. The follow-up, Everville, is not as good as the first, but still I liked it a lot. But it's been a long time, it doesn't seem to be a priority of his. Is he even writing novels anymore? I get the idea he's only still paintiing. I hope it doesn't remain unfinished.
There are still things coming from him from time to time, the last was 2015, but Everville was 1994, and the plan for the third Book of Art was very ambitous - I wonder if he will still be able to do it. Also he seems to not really finish some things after a while, he never did a follow-up to Cabal.
I looked up the movie Bully and started reading the plot on Wikipedia but then stopped myself as I don't want to find out how it ends! Thanks for the tip - I'll see if I can find the book locally.Bully - Jim Schutze
The 1998 true crime book about the murder of Bobby Kent. The murder was committed by a group of his teen friends. The book is a very disturbing portrait of teenagers that don't care about much and parents that don't care either. This was made into a movie called Bully that starred Brad Renfro. I'm about 100 pages in and the movie seems to follow the book fairly well so far.

I have the movie. Haven't read the book but what I saw is disturbing. What I got from it is that today's youth have no empathy for others (or at least this particular group of kids didn't). Everyone just did what they wanted to whomever they wanted whenever they wanted regardless of consequences. You speak true, gunslinger.I finished Pet Sematary on Saturday. One of King's darkest novels, and one of his best, in my opinion.
