Finished up my coursework for the Operations and Supply Chain Management class yesterday. Man, the quantitative stuff for that class was a PITA. Get to enjoy a few days with no homework. My Business Strategy class starts on Monday. That's the last class before our capstone project begins in September. In the homestretch of the program now.

Having a small picnic on the 4th for family. Our big picnic is scheduled for the 13th. There’s been a request I do shish kebabs and corn-on-the-cob on the grill instead of my regular grilling fair on Thursday. Steak, new potatoes, and onions marinated in an au jus mix (for the meat and potatoes folk). Chicken, squash, mushrooms and red onions in a white wine marinate. And shrimp, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a spicy Italian dressing marinate. Looking for one other type of kebab to make.

Thanks! The professor for the next class is the MBA program chair. I had him for a couple of undergrad classes. I enjoyed those classes so hopefully this will be a good one as well.

Lamb... no way. I'll have to look up what beef souvlaki is. Pork sounds good, but what would you include with it on the kebab? Was also thinking of scallops/bacon but scallops are so dang expensive.
