Bought a round zucchini squash today for 2 bucks at a Farmer's Market - never had one like that before
The guy recommended it - said it was better than the long skinny ones
Went to Home Depot to buy a 12 ft by 16 ft tarp - still worried about the old tent trailer - soon we will get the high winds and (usually) torrential downpours of Fall before the cold weather sets in.
I don't think it is leaking around the roof vent (like those crooks at the Autopac Insurance joint claimed) but it's better to be safe than sorry plus it will protect the finish.
Went to the doctor for a prescription, went to Timmy Horton's for brunch and then crashed for a few hours (not used to being up so early these days).

Tomorrow is the last workday here in Taiwan. Tired and ready for the gig to be over. Not complaining. What's to complain about when you can travel on someone else's dime and get good work too. But ready to be done.
Except Saturday, heading south to Hong Kong for a couple more days of work. What a weird set of circumstances, to have all this traveling stuff opping up so often this year.

I'm bag-arse tired today. Went to the GNR show last night and didn't get home until midnight. Bed at 1:00, then up at 5:30. So what am I doing today? Dragging my feet.

Turned in all my Boston region equipment as I am transferring to a different region of the same entity. Yet, I am not moving. Neat, huh?
Gotta go to St. Louis for orientation next week.

Due to some form of constraints, I was trapped in a single room today and watched a football game from 2016 with one dog and a few cats.
I fell asleep on the couch in this room at 3:00 and woke up to Judge Judy (on the TV) saying "YOU'RE AN IDIOT" and my first thought was "I know, I know. Lay off already."

made a few road trip CDs, did some laundry. getting ready to go to FL over the weekend to visit a friend for her birthday.
Started mowing the lawn again on Thursday and will continue mowing sections until the battery gives out, recharging, and mowing the rest till done. Something needs to be done about all this.

Paid bills and bought a new livingroom chair and started on Christmas gifts. Way to many to buy at once.Need to mail several packages, so got to get started.

Slept in until 9:30 when the local newspaper woke me up by asking if I'd like to subscribe (told them I have access to it at work).
Stayed up way too late last night (my son came home quite late) - I don't know how he managed to make it to work for 8 but I'm sure he'll be tired all day.

I get out of work a couple of hours early but, since I didn't get much sleep last night and can't drink right now, I'll probably go home and go straight to bed rather than doing anything remotely fun or interesting. Maybe I'll rally and we can at least finally go see Anabelle Creation though.
Holy smokes! Is it already time to think about gifts?
