I have physio therapy on my shoulder today. i am glad at least i can get back into getting it stronger again so i can like have other sleeping positions. i am tired of sleeping on my back. and then tonight i am going to try to tidy up my room and bathroom as i think it is affecting my anxiety perhaps i will watch the last season of the dead zone tv show while i do it. i cant find my other seasons that i still need to watch. i find that show very uplifting and hopeful. and I am finding i need that right know. my mood is suffering a bit. not sure if that is that i am reading pet cematary or its just reality. perhaps a bit of both. lol or pms

I am thinking i may one day go into a pot shop and see if they have like cbd like topical creams and bath products. that may be interesting to look into. The lady at the physio said it was most likely due to my posture and that was causing my shoulders to turn inwards. she told me to read with the book or item facing me. and me not looking down at the item. It seemed to work last night while reading pet cemetary

Took a biology exam, it was so short and easy it only took an hour of the four they gave us to complete it. Although I think the reason they gave us so long is because the upperclassmen were taking SAT’s. Regardless we just kinda had to sit around and find ways to entertain ourselves or watch the movie the teacher put on afterwards, I’m not complaining though.

....thanks m'lady......Dad isn't doing well, and we are trying to get services set up.....his mind is still sharp, but his body and will are starting to fail....he has lost his verve since Mom died.....

My son took the ACT today. Wonder if it was just national "Make Juniors Miserable Day"

GNTLGNT He will be kept in deep prayers and positive vibes. Been there with my parents as well. Mind , body and spirit all connect. May you have an easy time setting up needed services. FL was not a friendly state in that regard. And just a tad advice-- take care of you- for without you the situation is worst. When caring for a parent one often loses track of their self. Holding you in thoughts too.
