Please 8) ... I am not able to do emoticons either. I can pick them but they don't select and add to the reply. I have chalked it up to being on a tablet.
Fixed. :)
(That's a bummer about the smiley's too. You should let Jordan know at some point, what you're using and what the limitations are. It helps him to make decisions with future board updates/upgrades.)

What are you using tablet-wise. IPads have an emoji area, you just have to enable it under keyboards. Or are we talking a kindle or nook?

Pitch black rooms or being outside by yourself and completely dark and every scene or scary thought just happens to pop in your mind. Or driving on a deserted road next to a prison at night (true story).
Not usually... but this did happen to me (reasonably) recently and it kind of surprised me because I do a lot of walking in the dark with my dogs.
I was with one of my dogs and we'd joined a search and rescue team to try to find a missing boy, it was night and at first we'd been searching parks and residential areas in groups.
My dog had seemed to pick up a scent, so I just let her follow her nose and she led us into and then along a stream, causing us to become separated from the rest of the group, it didn't bother me at first. Then after a while my mind began to wander and suddenly the Ghosts of Stephen King filled my head--this has never happened to me before... not like this anyway.
I was very relieved once we'd resurfaced onto another street which thankfully was well lit.
