Chicken feet..now I like chicken wings, but something about the feet..just no can do..
What a disgusting looking picture! I know they're a delicacy but somehow they are just turning me off here (especially the two fingers on the left - they look almost human)

Olive loaf sandwiches, bear stew, pan fried walleye, and venison jerky (wild shoe leather). Yummmmmm :)
You don't object to regular venison do you, nice and tender fried in black iron skillet with mushrooms and bacon and onions? mmmmm.. this picture isn't the black iron skillet but you you get the idea..
The black bear I can see, I had a buddy that was a big hunter and he made some black bear hamburgers for a bunch of us one day.. that really turned my stomach, they were really greasy and strong tasting, bleck...

Regular venison is good if not too gamy. I only like black bear in a stew, as it seems to soften the taste. I've had bear in steaks and burgers and agree with you... bleck. Unfortunately is it rare to find fresh venison in this state with all the regulations and restrictions. All my venison comes from hunters and that is at the end of the year and spring for the jerky.

Oh, herring. I'd buy a jar of it and take it to the office to eat. Sometimes with crackers, sometimes just out of the jar. It was pungent. I'd have to endure the sneers and comments of others in the office and hope that every cat in a hundred-yard radius wouldn't be scratching at the door.

My father really liked sardines, either alone or on crackers. I've tried but I just cannot like them.. yes they make the list for an objectionable food..
