Thanks! I guess I could have found it if I had searched for grammer instead of grammar *sigh* My spelling is the pits

There are a few words that I always want to add a 't' to for some reason: attach and detached. I don't know why but when I type it I stare at it for 5 minutes, LOL.I wouldn't be surprised if I misspelled it incorrectly the first time. It's one of those words that doesn't look right to me even if it is and I question it nearly every time I write it as grammar. I didn't fix that today, though, so it's either been a while or perhaps one of the other mods corrected it for me.
You may have noticed in Mr. Mercedes, right at the beginning of the book there's mention of a banner saying Jobs Guarenteed! No one corrected it because we all thought it was intentional, but that's one of Steve's words that he regularly misspells. There are a few words that I always want to add a 't' to for some reason: attach and detached. I'm still available for an editorial position.......You may have noticed in Mr. Mercedes, right at the beginning of the book there's mention of a banner saying Jobs Guarenteed! That's what finally happened--after publication, of course. A fan brought up the misspelling and when I asked Steve and his editors if that was intentional or needed to be changed for future publications, there were many red faces. We'd all let it pass thinking it had to be misspelled on purpose.I "guarentee" you someone, somewhere noticed it!
Scribner may be hiring. Are you willing to relocate?I'm still available for an editorial position.......
H*LL TO THE YES!!!!Scribner may be hiring. Are you willing to relocate?
With my own spelling disabilities I doubt it would be a 'good fit'.
