Isn't it: Payback: Straight up?

Payback: Straight Up is the Director's Cut version. Are you referring to the movie I was giving the hint for? That's a different movie which no one's guessed yet. BTW, if Payback: Straight Up contains footage I've seen at Youtube, it's an entirely different movie. I prefer Payback, not the Director's Cut one.

Hi there! Any of you film buffs want to help me figure out a movie? I've tried asking IMDB a million different ways and I can't find it. The year was likely 1985, 86 or 87 - because the kids I babysat during that time were watching the movie. There were two young boys in the movie, maybe 12 year olds. Somehow they were "connected" to an Italian restaurant, like maybe their grandparents owned it. There was a talking frog in the movie who gave them advice. It seems like the plot might have been to get the older people to fall in love or save the restaurant or something like that. And at the end the frog sings "That's Amore!". But if you google that bit about the frog you'll get the singing frog cartoon from ages ago. I've always wanted to watch this movie. It's driving me crazy that I can't remember it and can't figure it out. Anyone want to play?
