I need one of these!
people buy for different reasons. i own about 1300 books. i have read most of them, and i absolutely plan on reading all of them. i also prefer to re-read a lot at some point, so i don't like to sell them or get rid of them in any way. i have a larger number that i haven't read than normal, probably about 100 or so, but will slowly catch up. many other people buy some books strictly for display, things like collectors items, and special editions, or a special cover. i don't have any of those really, but haven't ruled out doing so in the future.
Me too, I buy books to read. So many books, so little time
I sometimes read an E-book (not often) or listen to an audio book but I always like to have a proper copy too.
i'm actually a little bothered by the prevalence of ebooks these days. mostly because of the number of ebooks that are never going to be put into actual print form, which means until i get on the kindle kick i'll be missing out, and reading on a kindle just wouldn't be the same for me. but i'll probably do so eventually.
Yes I will read them all, when I finish one book I start another
I totally agree. It's not the same.
great. lol than i should not mess with such an powerful person like you. cuz you know more than anyone else can.
He is a staunch supporter of women and equal rights as well as supporting the LGBTQ community.hey can you OR anyone else can tell us about womens view of stephen king. he seems intelligent person.
kindly tell me his view on equality and women. for im serious to know that are we really equal or not.
Well, I'm not sure about that haha!

I don't have a list of quotes to be able to easily provide you with that and it could take some time as I would have to research it. I have worked for him for 28 years, though, and know his views on that from personal experience. Perhaps other members have information about quotes that they can pass along.so that means he supports equal rights ? than he must be really intelligent man. really intelligent.
cuz we man and women are equally and it is those backward illiterate idiots who says that we are not equal.
so can you please ( take it as my personal request ) quote something from stephen king on equality of man and woman ?
please kindly quote few quotes from stephen king on equality on man and women.

I'm not his wife. I'm his personal assistant and have worked for him since November 1988. He has shown me his attitudes about women in actions more so than words. I thought what you were asking for is quotes he has made publicly in interviews, etc. in which he has spoken about his beliefs on that topic. I would need to find the sources before doing so. You could probably do the same just as quickly, if not more so, with a Google search as it's not something I'm able to do at the moment.
I think we're having a loss in translation. After 28 years of hearing and reading a lot of things he's said, they begin to get jumbled in my mind and I'm not always able to say, oh, yes, in such and such magazine or newspaper on this date, he made a statement about women's rights and equality. We don't keep an index of his interviews to that degree so it would mean looking through a lot of sources to find the exact quote unless it's indexed on Google.( again dont take me offensive ) but how is it possible that you couldn't remember his quotes from 28 years on man and womens equality ? you are saying that you were with him in his public interview. so leave it.
and thank you for your best reply. thank you for your time. your replies are best and helpful in every respect. thanks again.
