Okay, I don't know the full story behind this as after much research I can't find much info. What I have dug up is that it was released exclusively at a store called Box Lunch in California. No idea how many or if there will be a wider release closer to the movie premiere. Several have popped up on eBay. Hoping to grab one of them but more information on a possible wide release would be nice!

Good for you Scott! Congratulations and it's beautiful. Well worth it.
I like to live by the motto that we don't just work to pay bills. You have to treat yourself while you're alive to enjoy it because you sure can't take it with you when you go!
I also look at it as an investment. While I have no plans to sell my collection in the near future nor for a long while after that someday I will because I have no one to leave it to and it will be a part of my retirement plan (god willing I live that long!) The book market is always changing but one thing that stays true is King books are always appreciating and almost never depreciating. I don't collect for this reason, I collect because I love the stories, King, and the beautiful editions that are lovingly crafted, but can't help to consider it.
For you it's something to leave for your kids to treasure.
...well said, and it's the truth....they'll go to my oldest son...he'll understand the value but won't immediately turn it for a quick buck like the youngest might.....

Mailman delivered these today:

The 'Writer's Voices' book has a selection from Carrie inside, along with a map of the town (!), a cast of characters, questions for the reader, about Stephen King, about the movie Carrie, about horror books, a list of King's books and a list of movies based on King's works. One thing I noticed is in the back there is a short list of the Richard Bachman books and they included Needful Things in that list! The other two books are hardback ex-library editions that I didn't have in my collection.

Those hardback ones are from the Starmont publication series. They did about ten titles about King. The were based out of Mercer Island, Washington. One of the titles was by Douglas Winter that he later expanded into Stephen King: The Art Of Darkness.

awesome. I need a list with titles and authors. Where would I find something like that?
I've scored some on ebay and the last three I found on thriftbooks.com.
1-Discovering Stephen King-Darrell Schweitzer
2-Stephen King as Richard Bachman-Michael R. Collings
3-The Shorter Works Of SK-Michael R. Collings and David Engebretson
4-The Many Facets Of SK-Michael Collings
5-The SK Concordance-David Engebretson
6-The Films Of SK-Michael R. Collings
7-The SK Phenomenon-Michael R. Collings
8-The Unseen King-Tyson Blue
9-The Moral Voyages Of SK-Anthony Magistrale (aka Antman)
10-The Shining Reader-edited by Anthony Magistrale
These are listed as 'in production' and I don't know if they were ever published:
11-In The Darkest Night: The Students Guide To SK-Tim Murphy
12-The SK Short Story Concordance-Chris Thomson
13-Infinite Explorations-Michael R. Collings*
14-Observations From The Terminator-Tyson Blue*
*not sure if these have to do with SK or not?
