Man, I do that all the time. I've gone through endless copies of new books just to get that pristine one.

I was wondering the same thing - I think he is in Australia or New Zealand but still, that does seem strange.
That's probably how he got a paperback then. I know other countries sometimes just publish new books in paperback versions.

$11 seem to be my lucky number this past weekend. I ordered Gwendy's button box from the Noctura lreaders Box off ebay. I missed it when it came out.
